Every customer has different requirements. The cost of service will depend upon the cost of the ingredients & kind of service provided.
2) How does it work?
Chef Andrew will create a suggested menu based on information that you provide on consultation. You then assess & approve the menu, adding any special requests (dietary requirements) or changes.
All you have to do after that is sit back, relax and let Andrew take care of the rest.
3) How long will you be in my kitchen?
Depending on the service required and the number of dishes that need to be prepared from scratch it can take on average from 4-8 hours
4) Do I have to be at home whilst you are there?
No; most people prefer to be at work or elsewhere during the preparation period but of course it is entirely up to you.
5) What should I do in preparation for your arrival?
Please have a clean kitchen an empty sink and room in your fridge & freezer.
• You then pay an agreed deposit to secure your booking.The remainder will be invoiced on the day.
• When the menu has been approved the cooking date will be finalised.
