As a Fine Dining chef with a passion for the culinary arts, I've spent the last 19 years cooking in various locations around the world.
 
I have cooked for Royalty, Heads of State and was Personal Chef to The 1st Sea Lord (Head of Royal Navy) and Head of the Royal Marines
 
I have trained under Michel Roux JR at "Le Gavroche" and Rick Stein's, "The Sea Food Restaurant" in Padstow.
 
I am a member of the Craft Guild of Chefs, and winner of the 1997 Gold Medal for Royal Navy Chef of The Year & 2006 Winner of Scottish Lamb Chef of The Year.
 
I served in the Royal Marines for 28 years.
 
These days I enjoy spending time with my beautiful family in West Sussex, looking after my fitness, publishing recipes in various cookbooks, and winning cooking competitions !
